140 - A God, Validated

Lin

Yesterday's talks with Manny and a good friend of mine seem to have cleared up some of my perception.

My godliness was once again validated, and I was encouraged to look further into my current situation for answers, as well as being shown general solidarity.

It was also suggested that I immerse myself in some Celtic culture again, and so I decided to, specifically with music, as I've been struggling to listen to music as much recently, despite it being a spiritual need.

Having a new neighbour putting music on has actually helped, as it means that at certain points, I've been acquainted with new music, or music that I love from times gone by.

Today's musings have caused me to figure out some things about what bin boy did to me too, and why.

As it turns out, my Greek line (my Maman's side) was spiritually attacked by him, as he was jealous that I seemed fairly wealthy in comparison to him, with the reputation of that side of the family to go with it.

My assumption is that he wanted some of the power my maternal line had, but couldn't get it, even if rickmansworth promised him it, as he's not Greek, nor is he a part of our bloodline.

Given that he isn't even the same species as us (he's literally a troll), I don't know why he assumed he was capable of having it in the first place, let alone that rickmansworth could be trusted to give it to him.

Either way, I'm glad I managed to figure it out before it could get any worse.

Because of how and what he cursed, my family also suffered the consequences, which is partially my responsibility to deal with, given that I'm the main person he aimed said curse at.

We're going to have to discuss a way to ensure this doesn't happen again, as it's affected everything for me spiritually.

Literally pretty much everything went down capability wise. I'm going to need to create better buffers in future, with multiple languages and alphabets, or it'll get messy.

And we can help with that.

Great Aunt Hera!

She smiles wide, and I run over to give her a hug.

I missed you!

I missed you too, Erato. I know it's been hard on you.

Our embrace lasts a while, before she gently breaks it off, handing me a box of chocolates as she sits me down.

Do you want to discuss it now, at least partially?

I nod.

Most of my functions run on the Greek alphabet, which has made both me and everyone else susceptible to psychic attack through it.

Hera frowns.

That definitely needs considering for more than just you. It needs to be implemented with everyone.

She sighs.

Gods, give me strength. If only this were easier, especially given the need for ancient alphabets to buffer, too...

I think I have an idea for that, but it's probably best that we discuss that in private.

Besides that, I'll need to buffer for myself and my system, too, which is also being sorted.

She nods.

I'm glad to hear it. If you need anything, παρακαλώ, let me know.

Ευχαριστώ.

She smiles.

I'll probably stay for tonight, so I'm more than happy to spend time with you.

I beam.

I'd like that.
